The History Behind Our Restaurant

The Depot was previously used for passengers and freight for over 40 years, starting in 1908. It served the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul, and Pacific Railroads until it eventually faced bankruptcy and closed. Then, it sat empty until 1990, when it was registered as a historic site in the National History Registers. After the renovation, it became the location of our family dining establishment, offering a showcase of the past and a good meal too.
